O.A.R. (Of A Revolution) is the real deal in the American rock scene. The crew is a powerhouse, featuring lead vocalist/guitarist Marc Roberge, drummer Chris Culos, guitarist Richard On, bassist Benj Gershman, and saxophonist/guitarist Jerry DePizzo. Whenever they hit the road for their extensive tours, they bring along trumpet player Jon Lampley and keyboardist Mikel Paris.
To this day, they've dropped ten studio albums. They're also renowned for their epic live performances and non-stop summer tours. For 2024, the band is set to launch their highly anticipated tour in July 2024, featuring an extensive lineup of 38 shows spanning the United States. Joining them on various segments of the tour will be indie pop favorites Fitz and the Tantrums and the dance-funk sensation Ripe. Adding to the excitement, DJ Logic is set to open for each and every tour date.
O.A.R.’s leading man Marc Roberge said in a statement, “It's time for us to get out there and play a full set, jam out, and have another best summer of our lives. We can’t wait to hang this summer with our friends Fitz and the Tantrums, Ripe and DJ Logic!”
For the show in Vail, Colorado, the band’s bringing along FItz and the Tantrums. They formed in Los Angeles, California. They emerged on the indie pop and neo-soul scene in 2008. Their first studio album, "Pickin' Up the Pieces," was launched in August 2010 under the indie label Dangerbird Records, earning widespread acclaim and securing the top spot on the Billboard Heatseekers chart. Transitioning to Elektra Records in early 2013, they followed up with their second LP, "More Than Just a Dream," later that year. The band continued their musical journey with a self-titled third album in 2016, featuring their standout track "HandClap." Their fourth studio release, "All the Feels," hit the shelves in 2019, followed by their fifth album, "Let Yourself Free," in 2022.
